There is no elevator. The Family Room is on the top floor. Please consider stair access when choosing your room.

Limited shared parking

Parking at the building front is shared and limited. The inn has no dedicated parking space; availability is not guaranteed.

Wi-Fi & meals

Wi-Fi is free. Breakfast is not available at the moment. The Green Chef serves lunch and dinner Sunday–Thursday, and lunch only on Friday. It is closed on Saturday.

How do I confirm my reservation?

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Message Kayong’s Inn – Dumaguete on Facebook for payment arrangements.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation deadlines are counted in calendar days before your arrival date, using Philippine time—not rolling 24- or 48-hour periods. Charges are based on the full stay amount.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, Kayong’s Inn is pet-friendly. The fee is ₱350 per pet, per night. Let our team know about your pet when enquiring about your reservation.

Are vegetarian and vegan meals available?

The Green Chef serves plant-based dishes. It opens Sunday–Thursday for lunch (11:00 AM–2:30 PM) and dinner (5:30 PM–8:30 PM). Friday is lunch only; Friday dinner and all of Saturday are closed. Explore the menu and ask the team about dietary requirements. Breakfast is not available at the moment.

What time can I check in and check out?

Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 noon. Early check-in is subject to room availability.

How do I use the APAT NA PASKO promo?

Use code APATNAPASKO for direct website bookings with eligible stay nights from September 1 through December 31, 2026. The Standard Room is ₱1,195/night, both De Luxe options are ₱1,495/night, and the Family Room is ₱2,095/night during the promotion. The Budget Room is not included. Confirm the final rate on the booking page.
